Allow me to ask again. What would you do if you were in pain for years and no one believed you? This is the reality for millions of women with endometriosis. They’re told it’s “just a bad period” or that it’s “all in their heads.” They’re shuffled between doctors, enduring years of misdiagnoses and ineffective treatments.
On average, it takes 7–11 years to diagnose endometriosis. Seven to eleven years.
That statistic should make you stop in your tracks.
Dr. Hadas Ziso, the CEO of Endocure, couldn’t stand it. She knew the system was failing women. So she decided to do something about it.
A Personal Mission
Hadas is a mother to three daughters. She grew up believing in equality and the power of women to lead change. That belief shapes everything she does.
Her mission is simple: make diagnosing endometriosis easier and faster.
How? Through groundbreaking technology.
Her company, Endocure, has developed a high-resolution 3D imaging tool. This technology can detect the tiny lesions caused by endometriosis — lesions that current tools like ultrasounds and MRIs miss.
For the first time, doctors can see what’s been invisible for too long.
The Problem Is Bigger Than You Think
Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women. That’s 200 million women globally.
It’s not just a health issue. It’s a productivity issue, a mental health issue, and a quality-of-life issue.
And yet, funding for this condition is a fraction of what it should be. The tools are outdated. The data is limited.
Women are left to suffer in silence. Hadas couldn’t accept that. She asked herself: What if we could do better?
A New Way Forward
Endocure’s imaging tool is more than technology. It’s a lifeline.
For women, it means answers after years of uncertainty. It means being taken seriously.
For doctors, it means clarity. No more guessing. No more exploratory surgeries without proper information.
For investors, it’s a game-changer. Faster diagnosis means better outcomes, lower healthcare costs, and a market with untapped potential.
Breaking Barriers
Hadas isn’t just a CEO. She’s a trailblazer in a space dominated by men.
She’s faced the glass ceilings. The bias. The questions about whether women’s health is “worth” investing in.
But she doesn’t back down.
With $2 million in funding from the Israel Innovation Authority and private investors, she’s proving that women’s health isn’t just important. It’s essential.
She’ll tell you the journey hasn’t been easy. But it’s been worth it.

A Bigger Fight
Hadas told me, “Each patient reminds me why we do this work.” That’s what drives her. The stories of women who finally feel seen. The chance to rewrite the narrative of women’s health.
For those of us watching from the outside, her work is a reminder.
Women’s health isn’t just a niche. It’s a movement. It’s a USD $1 trillion opportunity waiting to be realised.
If you are an investor, it’s time to step up. The need is urgent. The impact is real.
And if you are an entrepreneur? Hadas has the following advice. Solve a problem close to your heart. Surround yourself with good people. Let your mission carry you through the tough days.
This isn’t just Hadas’ fight.
It’s all of ours.
Every step forward in women’s health is a step toward a world where no woman has to suffer in silence. And it starts here. With innovation, investment, and a belief that we can do better.
The question is, are you ready to join us?
