Dearest Yelena! Thank you so much! I’d love to have you involved from wherever you are—maybe there’s a way to connect virtually or collaborate across borders. Let’s keep in touch!
I would love that - we live in a rural area so there isn't much opportunity for things like that here and I come from a Slavic immigrant community where most people don't get a higher education and work blue collar jobs, so there isn't interest or knowledge to draw from there either, unfortunately. So, for now, my husband and I are studying these topics for ourselves through books and online education.
Perhaps the most important issue of our day or any day. Women make the world go round and without equitable access to healthcare, we can't do that. Women's health benefits everyone from the local level to the global and economic levels.
Thank you so much Lucia for taking the time to read and write this thoughtful comment. I wholeheartedly agree—women’s health is everyone’s health. When women have equitable access to care, entire communities and economies thrive. You write about the intersection of culture and fintech in TBTM. It’s also interesting to observe how cultural shifts and fin(health)tech innovations are opening up pathways to healthcare, particularly in underserved areas. I’d be keen to hear your thoughts on what areas of women’s health influenced by culture and/or fintech are some of the more pressing ones. Thank you again 🧡
This is an intriguing question. In the case of TBTM, women could conceivably earn our reward token Kola for their engagement with content and spend it on healthcare. With the right partners, that healthcare could be dramatically discounted. I am thinking of some women doing big things in women’s health in the States and in Africa, whom you might like to know, if you don't already, women like Mehret Mandefro (intersection of health and culture), Lorna Owen's (maternal health), and Ann-Marie Hosang, founder of Lignum Vitae.
What an awesome initiative Lucia regarding the reward tokens! I love it. Thank you so much for the referrals to these amazing women. I will check them out right away!
I love this idea so much, Maryann! Congrats on this launch! Wish I was in Switzerland so I could join :)

I am sure we can work something out Yelena! I will DM you!
